A.C.A. Library

The Atheist Community of Austin believes that knowledge and understanding are two of the most important tools we can use to combat the rising tide of fundamentalism that is threatening to engulf the country. One way in which we help people to learn about and understand atheism and religion is to make available a library of books, video tapes, online articles and more on these and other topics of interests.

If you wish to check out a book or video, please stop in at our weekly meetings and we will make the needed arrangements.

From the officers:

The ACA Lecture Series continues on July 6th with Dr. Rory Coker giving a talk titled "Pseudoscience, Antiscience and Nonscience!". The lecture will start at 12:15pm at the Austin History Center, 9th and Guadalupe.

The date for the 2008 ACA Bat Cruise has been set for September 20th. Come join us for this great event. Guests are welcome. The fee will be $20.
