How's Austin as a freethought city?

I've been living in Northern Michigan for the last few years and am looking to relocate to a city with a strong freethought community, good ratio of women to men, university town, good music scene, hopefully an active juggling club, ability to commute/get around via bicycle, mostly sunny/dry weather.

i.e. a great place for an atheist to live in.

What can you tell me about Austin?
