Dominionism and the 2012 vote

I'm currently watching the Atheist Experience episode #571, talking about Dominionism, and it's got me quite worried about our nations future with the upcoming 2012 election.

I want to ensure I vote for the right person based on reasoned values. Given the subject of Dominionism and pushing religion into the state, who is best to vote for that would ensure this would not happen? Or at least who NOT to vote for...
