Voters' GuideThe ACA Voters' Guide is a bi-annual survey of candidates running for offices voted on by Texans in each general election. It is our hope that the survey will help make candidates aware of issues of concern to atheists and the greater community and help all voters in Texas to have the information necessary to make an informed choice. The ACA is conducting and publishing this survey as part of a non-partisan educational effort in line with our missions of education, defending the Constitutional separation of church and state, and promoting positive atheism. The 2010 ACA Bat Cruise is slated for Saturday, September 25th, 6-8pm. Get your payment in early to reserve your place at this popular event. You may pay for tickets online via our products page. New: Take in the other events we have planned for that day: a lecture, dinner, and a comedy show. The 2010 Voters' Guide project has been launched. Questionnaires were sent to 455 candidates on September 7th. The NonProphets radio program is on hiatus until late September. |
